2.1 Free Services

• Free services offered (such as mini-readings, consultations, or advice) are completely free of charge.
• There are no obligations or hidden costs.
• Tips via Ko-fi or other platforms are optional and not required to access free services.

2.2 Paid Services

• Paid services include online psychic readings, consultations, or other scheduled sessions.
• All paid services are non-refundable unless canceled by me. In that case, the client will receive a full refund and may optionally choose a complimentary session at a later date.
• Paid sessions may be rescheduled once, provided the rescheduling is requested in advance and approved.
• Your booking confirms your understanding that your time and mine are valuable; no-shows do not entitle a refund or rescheduling beyond the one-time allowance.

• Bookings are processed via Calendly or other designated booking tools.
• Payment is handled securely by third-party providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
• I do not receive or store your financial data.
• By booking a session, you agree to these terms and confirm that you understand the no-refund policy.

• Tips via Ko-fi or other platforms are completely optional.
• Providing a tip does not grant additional services, access, or guarantees.

• You agree to interact respectfully and responsibly.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, harassing, or disruptive.

• Services are provided for guidance, entertainment, and spiritual purposes only.
• I am not a medical professional. Any health-related advice shared during readings is not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
• You should always consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns.
• I am not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on readings or advice, whether free or paid.
